Ratafia champenois
For Chefs, by the Terroirs: A Cuvée of High Standards
Presentation & Tasting
The nose is very rich and expressive, with aromas of exotic fruits and hints of gingerbread. The palate is supple and very pleasant, softened by long ageing in casks. The aromas found on the nose are also present on the palate.
Aged in oak barrels
Alcoholic strength: 18%
70 cl bottle
Recommended food pairings
Serve well chilled as a typical Champagne aperitif. It pairs well with foie gras or blue cheeses. At the end of a meal, enjoy it with a fig and mascarpone sponge cake or a dark chocolate moelleux.
