The Terroir and the Vineyard
Nestled in the hills above Boursault in the Marne Valley, our estate carefully cultivates 4.2 hectares of vines, divided into plots that express all the uniqueness of the Champagne terroir. The grape varieties subtly blend Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, producing authentic cuvées that reflect the richness of each soil. Our commitment to responsible practices, recognised by HVE certification since 2016 and the gradual conversion to organic farming, guarantees the quality, freshness and respect for biodiversity in each vintage. Laurence and Cyrille continue this demanding approach, with conviction and passion guiding every action in the vineyard and the cellar.

True to our family and human values, we are committed to responsible viticulture every day. Certified High Environmental Value since 2016 and fully converted to organic viticulture since 2020, we cultivate our estate with respect for the soil, biodiversity and those who work alongside us. The demanding approach, natural care and manual labour set the pace of life in the vineyard, guaranteeing authentic wines that respect their environment.
