Rosé de Saignée
Chardonnay this delightful champagne is made by maceration (saignée).
This is a complex way of making champagne that gives this rosé champagne its distinctive, brilliant ruby red colour.
It also produces an intense and powerful array of aromas worthy of the very finest rosé wines whilst the use of oak barrels during vinification lends an astonishing depth of flavour and brings out the rich flavour of ripe, red fruit.
Serve at 8 – 100 C (46-500 F)
80 % Pinot Noir
20 % Chardonnay
